Goaltending Training
Goaltending is one of the most exciting and challenging positions in all of sports! It takes bravery, focus, and quick reflexes — and for many young players, it’s where true confidence begins to grow. But goalies often don’t get the extra attention they need during team practices, and that can make it harder for them to reach their full potential.

Coaches do an incredible job guiding the whole team, but it’s not always easy to give goalies the one-on-one time their position requires. That’s why integrating goalie-specific training right into team practices makes such a big difference.
​
The best way for young goalies to learn is to get comfortable in full gear, facing real shots, and working with their teammates in game-like situations. Every save, every rebound, every moment on the ice helps build stronger skills, faster reactions, and a bigger love for the game.
​
With encouragement, the right drills, and a fun team environment, young goalies can gain confidence in the crease — turning challenges into achievements and goals against into lessons learned. Every great team begins with a goalie who believes in themselves!
Session One - 30 Minutes - One on One Training - $50.00
Session Two - 60 Minutes - One on One Training - $80.00
Session Three - Team Training - $120.00
